Concussion Intervention Program

This program is designed for youth from middle school to college age who are experiencing persistent symptoms following a concussion. Through telemedicine sessions, the program aims to speed up recovery and help students return to both academics and sports. The sessions follow a research-backed guide, and the youth (and their families) learn techniques to address cognitive, physical, and emotional aspects of recovery.

Teen Online Problem Solving (TOPS) Program

TOPS is well-researched, online program seeks to help teens and their families manage the emotional, behavioral, and social issues that often arise after a teen is diagnosed with a brain condition such as epilepsy, brain tumor or traumatic brain injury. There are 9 main sessions, with the option to add other additional sessions to target special concerns. The sessions focus on enhancing problem-solving skills, communicating with others, and ways to stay in control of emotions and actions.

Concussion Consultation Program for Schools

This program offers specialized consultation services to schools who want to improve their concussion management protocols. We work closely with schools to identify gaps, provide staff training, and develop systems for monitoring and supporting students with concussions. The goal is to reduce the burden on school staff while ensuring students receive the necessary accommodations and support for recovery.

Future Services

We plan to expand our offerings to include traditional neuropsychological evaluations, consultative services for those who want a second opinion, and additional training programs for medical and educational professionals.
